Marsha Hays - Owner
Marsha Hays started the company in 1999 with her husband Edwin. As the owner, she strives to bring high quality to every service department and to keep the company on the cleaning edge. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering in the community and spending time with her 3 grandchildren Sophia, Skyler, and Savin.

Elizabeth robertson - Office manager
Jason is Marsha and Edwins’ youngest son. He was born and raised in Wenatchee, and has seen his family’s business grow from its’ infancy into the thriving company that it is now! He has accrued experience in marketing, sales, and store management. He has spent his whole life learning from the best, and now runs the operations from the ground with his best friend and business partner, Elizabeth. Jason is passionate about customer satisfaction, and is fueled by keeping our clients as happy as possible. Outside of work, Jason loves to cook, play video games, and spend time with his other best friend, Hanna. He is also going back to school to pursue his other passion, becoming an Architect (can you tell he’s ambitious?)
Jason and Elizabeth have been friends since childhood, and are now getting ready to take the reins and be the future owners of Clear View. Elizabeth has experience in sales and entrepreneurship, as well as marketing and social media marketing. Outside of work, she also loves to cook, read, work on her blog and her own personal brand, and spend time with her family.
